TERMS OF SERVICE

  • By commissioning me, you have read and fully understand my terms of service.

  • All commissions are for personal use only. If the art is to be used for commercial use, please discuss with me.

  • I will start working on the commission only if the Down Payment has been made.

  • If the commissioner is rude, inconsiderate or impatient, I have the right to decline the request. No Refunds!

  • Please absolutely credit me by tagging @Acrazy86 on Twitter. DO NOT claim the art as your own work.

  • I do not accept my art to be used for NFTs.

  • The rest of the payment must be made after the work is done.

  • I can livestream the process on Twitch.

DURATION OF COMPLETION

  • Depending on the complexity, details of the art - it can be done in 3 days to a week : if I got all the references needed

  • I care about the quality of my art, so rush job is not something I do.

  • Please note that I'm a part-time animator with a day job, I can work on the commission with limited amount of hours each day.

Process

  • Discussion with what the client wants and provision of visual reference (character, outfit, pose, emotions etc.)

  • A rough sketch will be made and sent to the client for changes.

  • Lining/Painting process will start after payment is done

  • There will be one last time for further adjustments to the art before it is finalized.

  • Once everything is done, the PNGs will be sent to the commissioner's provided email (Google Drive) or through Discord DM.

Payment

All payments are in USD!

  • I accept via Transfer wise (You need to be 18+)

  • I accept via bank transfer

REFUND POLICY

  • I will always try to complete the work - Since its a strict no Refund Policy - Client agrees that the deadline is extended

  • No refund will be given if the client cancels the commission after the Down Payment and I spent hours working on it.
